As a mother of 4 children, time is scarce and must be used effectively.
20 minutes of intensive training a week is ideal for me, and results show quickly, because the training is efficient and supervised by a personal instructor every time.
After my last pregnancy, I was experiencing hip trouble. After a short period of training at Concept 10 10, my pains disappeared.

A change for the better!
After only 10 training sessions, I could feel that I had become significantly stronger. In my work, I have benefitted greatly from the extra strength in my arms and my back, so that I can now do my job without suffering the discomfort and fatigue I previously had.

I have trained at Concept 10 10 for a few months now and have experienced a tremendous difference in several areas.

My time is important!
Considering my busy schedule where career, family life and social activities have to form a synthesis, Concept 10 10 is like heaven sent for me.
