Fees and appointments

 

Training at Concept 10 10 involves no joining fee or contracts.
We sell training session in packages of 1, 10, 25 and 50.

 

Your first session will be a Start Session

A Start session involves a one hour consultation with a personal trainer. During this time you will receive an introduction to the revolutionary philosophy which has changed the lives of so many people and truly is the future of exercise. This session is also used to establish the correct equipment settings and intensity level of each exercise for your individual needs. The session ends with a full 20 minute work-out that kick starts you into the future of exercise.

 

Standard session

Every other session this will be a high intensity training session customised to your individual progress. Your person training will ensure you experience high intensity training and gain the full benefit from every single session. The completely private setting means no distractions – just you and your results!

Appointments

Personal training appointments can be made for any available 30 minute slot during our opening hours. Members can book session using our online booking system.

 

Monday - Friday
6 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Saturday – Sunday
9 a.m. - 6 p.m.

 

General information

Advance appointments may be booked as far ahead as the number of session you still have available.

A 24 hour cancellation rule applies to all bookings. All appointments may be changed free of charge provided that at least 24 hours notice is given. If less than 24 hours notice is given, the full charge will apply.

Changing room and lockers are available at the training centre. You should wear loose-fitting training clothes, e.g. T-shirt, shorts or trousers and comfortable sports shoes. It is important that you avoid wrapping up warmer than necessary. That means you don’t need to wear a tracksuit, a jacket or any other outdoor clothing. Avoid long sleeves, sweatshirts and similar items. Headwear should not be used.

As the training is short and intense and takes place at a regulated ambient temperature, there is no need to shower after your session.

Visitors are not allowed to watch you during training. Adult visitors are welcome to wait for you in the reception area, but they cannot accompany you during training.

To ensure full concentration in quiet surroundings, children are not allowed to wait at the premises.
